Awakening FarmsGrown to order in Ocoee

Meet the Farmer

I’m Bryan Aponte, the farmer behind Awakening Farms.

I grow microgreens in Ocoee and personally confirm each grown-to-order plan before planting begins.

The 2019 chapter

This guy had no idea where this farm was going to take him.

This 2019 image belongs to the early Go-Fresh Green chapter. The name later became The Awakening Farm and, today, Awakening Farms.

The names changed as the brand evolved. The work today is direct: you choose what you want grown, I confirm the order, and then I plant for your plan.

Why Awakening Farms is plural

One farmer relationship, with room for the future.

Awakening Farms is the current public name. The plural leaves room for a future in which the business may work with other farms. It does not mean a farm network or partner group exists today.

How I grow

Clear inputs. A grow tied to a confirmed order.

Just soil, filtered water, and organic seed.

Awakening Farms is not USDA Certified Organic. I can answer specific growing questions directly when we talk about your order.

Ready to tell me what you want grown?

Choose your varieties and send the grow order. I’ll confirm the details before planting begins.
